Last evening, Friday, March 20, my son and I were on. 690W our way home to Pittsford, New York, from Binghamton University. The SUNY college campus had closed most housing and so my son and I managed to squeeze all of his apartment contents into our 2018 Nissan Rogue.

We pulled over against the guardrails on 690W a ways after the Firgrounds exit; obvious thump-thump-thump of a flat tire. We called Amica Roadside Assistance and they contacted Pascarella's.

Your wrecker arrived and the driver (I did not get his name) immediately assessed the situation. Though the 'trunk' / rear of the Rogue was jammed with 'stuff,' as the wrecker, with lights on, was right behind us, in this light we unloaded the cargoband accessed the 'don't spare. The wrecker driver quickly changed the tires and helped us get the flat tire back in our Rogue. Then, graciously, he waited patiently while we slowly reloaded the stuffed rear area of the Rogue; the wrecker's lights made a huge difference in our reloading.

Your driver then gave us clear directions to Route 5 (I decided to take secondary roads home rather than 181 and 190 @ 50MPH with flashers on). We got onto 5 and followed a Google'd route safely home. A long trip home, but A safe one.

I want to express my great thanks for your services and for the excellence of your driver; he waited until we were on the road and followed us til we were well on our way to Rte 5. Thank you! What could have been a long and dangerous night stranded on 690W was, instead, just a change of plans.
